Summary of Changes

2022.10 January 2023 In version 2022.10 of the Logistics Portal, security roles have been developed to determine which pages of the Logistics Portal a user can access or edit. A new User Summary page has been created as a hub for Logistics users to view and edit user records, filter, sort, create new users, and export search results. A new User Detail page has been created as a hub for Logistics users to edit, disable, enable, or change the password for existing users individually.
2022.09 November 2022 In version 2022.09 of the Logistics Portal, several APIs were updated to support ODC. Functionality was added to identify and soft delete existing reprocessing records for transitioned kits from Medioh to ODC. The Logistics Portal was updated to balance kit counts between kit types. For kits belonging to customers that store and hand deliver their own patient’s kits, a method was created to notify ODC that the customer needs the reprocessed kits shipped back to them.
2022.08 August 2022 In version 2022.08 of the Logistics Portal, a new API Failures report was added, functionality was added to automatically close kit ship records, and the ability was added to reopen pickup fulfillment orders for lost kit that are found. Also, several APIs were updated to support integration with contract manufacturers.
2022.06 June 2022 In version 2022.06 of the Logistics Portal, new features were added related to box replacement APIs, battery replacement APIs, new customer kit type attributes for cuff size and scale type, and other updates to fix issues.
2022.05 May 2022 In version 2022.05 of the Logistics Portal, new features were added related to Kit Component Replacements, including replacement reasons. Internal part numbers were added so that there is consistent tracking of all components. Also, several other updates were made, such as a new Resend API Request button, API integration changes, and new service kit specification IDs.
2022.03 March 2022 In version 2022.03 of the Logistics Portal, APIs were updated for integration with Medioh, kit type configurations were setup for processing kits, and a network carrier option was added for kit pools.
2022.01 January 2021 In version 2022.01 of the Logistics Portal, the following updates are available: Medioh API Integration, Glucometer Term Remediation, Update Kit Sync Report – Highlight unmatched columns, Kit Type Master List Updates, and Record Information Card – Cuff Size and Scale Type.
2021.12 December 2021 In version 2021.12 of the Logistics Portal, part numbers are visible and additional logging was added for APIs.
2021.11 November 2021 In version 2021.11 of the Logistics Portal, updates were made to resolve issues. No new features are included in this release.
2021.10 October 2021 The release contains an update to the monthly billing report, an improvement for the process of adding a kit type, and a configuration to redirect +Go device orders from one vendor to another.
2021.09 September 2021 Version 2021.09 of the Logistics Portal contains the second phase of integration work between the Logistics Portal and ODC, which is focused on inventory management, kit build processes, and device order and replacement processes. In this release, a new Kit Type Master List page is available, and the kit type names were standardized. Also, mass update functionality was added for updating the Logistics Center on multiple Kit Ship and Kit Device Replacement Fulfillment records.
2021.07 July 2021 Version 2021.07 of the Logistics Portal includes updates to the Kit Sync Callback feature.
2021.05 May 2021 Version 2021.05 of the Logistics Portal includes system updates to support the Logistics team and their work in the Logistics Portal.
2021.04 April 2021 Version 2021.04 of the Logistics Portal includes integration with a new distribution center that will be handling kit ship, kit pickup, and fulfillment center orders for a specific customer. Also, updates were made to the existing distribution center APIs to support and improve their operations.
2021.03 March 2021 Version 2021.03 of the Logistics Portal includes system updates to support the Logistics team and their work in the Logistics Portal.
2021.01 January 2021

Version 2021.01 of the Logistics Portal includes system updates to support the Logistics team and their work in the Logistics Portal. Several updates were made to consolidate kit shipping on the Fulfillment Orders page. Also, a new Kit Pickup fulfillment type was added to the Fulfillment Orders page, so these types of records can be viewed and interacted with on the same page as other record types.

The process for SIM activation was updated and improved in order to provide validation before shipping and make the SIM details visible and current on the Kit Details and Kit List page. The Kit Pool settings were updated to support new Mobi path and SIM activation options.

2020.12 December 2020 Version 2020.12 of the Logistics Portal includes system updates to support the Logistics team and their work in the Logistics Portal.
2020.11 November 2020

On the Fulfillment List page, the team can now search for records that have no kit ID or no Logistics Center applied.

On the Fulfillment Details page, a new completion reason was added to show when a patient is changed to the completed status due to their date of birth (DOB) validation failing.

2020.10   October 2020

Columns were added to the Fulfillment Order API, and the Kit Sync report was updated with a new audit table to track the status of kits synched between the Logistics Portal and the Care Team Portal. Various other system updates were completed to fix issues found and reported.

September 2020

New features are available for mass assigning kit ships and kit devices replacement records to agents and searching the Fulfillment List page by phone number. Performance improvements were made to kit reprocessing and kit shipping, and the Kit Sync report was updated to fix an issue on production servers.

August 2020

All kit ship records are now visible in the Fulfillment Orders tab instead of a separate Patient Kit Ship or Patient Kit Ship Call List tab. The Care Team Portal changes will not be released until a future date, so the functionality to support requesting kit ships by kit type will not be enabled directly following this release. The new features for requests by kit type will be enabled in a future release along with the supporting Care Team Portal features.

2020.04.3

July 2020

Version 2020.04.3 of the Logistics Portal provides functionality for deleting kit orders, enhanced order editing options, new Ordered and In Progress kit statuses, and other features. Also, various changes were made to decrease loading times and improve general performance.

New functionality for searching for +Go patients and selecting carriers for shipping as well as several performance improvements.

Updated functionality for shipping kits related to additional reference information, a new complete reason, and EULA accepted date. The ability was added to export the kit list records as well as view error messages during the bulk device upload process.

April 2020

Updated functionality for tracking kit ships, pickups, and fulfillment orders via the new EasyPost microservice. This background microservice processes tracking numbers received and relays data to the appropriate record for shipping, pickup, and fulfillment. A new Go Devices report was added to assist with billing and tracking device fulfillment orders. The kit device replacement records were updated to support data flow and messaging to the Care Team Portal. Also, performance improvements were made to address load times and improve the user experience.

Report permissions were moved so the Report user role has access to the necessary reports.

Resolved an issue where Pending Lost records with missing parts were not closing automatically after the Pending Lost Time Period was reached.

Note: Versions 2020.02.01-03 were performance related patches.

February 2020

Version 2020.02 of the Logistics Portal includes enhancements to the Fulfillment Orders page, a new Ship Fulfillment Orders page, new processes for replacing kit devices, and updates to the Reprocessing Checklist.
